By using The Page 7 you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The Page 7 publishes information about Tennessee county government — meeting agendas, minutes, contracts, votes, commissioner profiles. We collect this information from publicly available sources including county websites, government meeting recordings, and public records portals.

We aim for accuracy. We do not guarantee that every record is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify important details against the original source. The Page 7 is not a substitute for official county records.

The Page 7 is independent. We are not affiliated with any county, city, state, or federal government entity, and we do not accept government funding. Any errors are ours; corrections are welcome at corrections@thepage7.com.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Don't share your password. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree not to scrape, mass-download, or redistribute our content; not to use the service to harass or harm others; not to submit false information; not to use the service to circumvent paid features.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we have reason to believe are being used to harm the integrity of the service.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $29 or annually at $199. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; we don't prorate or refund partial billing periods unless required by law.

A 7-day free trial is available to new Pro subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

We may change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. If you continue your subscription after a price change takes effect, you accept the new price.

We offer a refund within 14 days of an annual subscription purchase if you're not satisfied. Email hello@thepage7.comwith your account email and we'll process it.

Monthly subscriptions are not refundable beyond the standard cancellation flow.

The text we write — summaries, analysis, original reporting — is © The Page 7 and may not be republished without permission. Underlying public records remain in the public domain.

You may link to specific pages, quote brief excerpts with attribution, and use The Page 7 in your work. You may not republish our compiled databases or sell access derived from our service.

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties about completeness, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We are not legal, financial, or political advisors. Decisions you make based on information here are your own.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Page 7's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted at the top of this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamilton County, Tennessee.
